Colt Civilian Model 1892  New Army and Navy  Double Action Revolver
Manufactured in 1904. The top of the barrel is marked with the two line address/ 1884, 1888 and 1895 patent dates, the left side is marked "COLT D.A. 38" and the Rampant Colt is marked on the left side rear of the frame. The matching assembly number "283" is marked on the frame, crane and cylinder release, the serial number appears on the butt. Blade front, frame notch rear sights, all blue finish with polished hammer sides and fitted with checkered hard rubber grips with "COLT" in an oval at the top.

Condition: Very good. The revolver retains 85% original finish with scattered areas of thinning to brown and gray on the barrel, cylinder, top strap and backstrap. There are a few scattered minor scratches. Most of the bright original niter blue remains on the trigger. The grips are very good with a small amount of minor bruising in the checkering and crisp overall checkering. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
