Collector's Lot of Two Beretta Model 1934 Semi-Automatic Pistols -A) Beretta Model 1934 Romanian Con
A) This Romanian contract pistol is identical to the Model 1934 with the following slide legend: "P. BERETTA-CAL. 9 SCURT-Mo 1934-BREVET. / GARDONE V.T.-1941". The right grip tang is stamped with a circled "CM", an oval "AS" on the trigger, and an oval "GL" on the trigger guard. Fitted with standard "PB" emblem grips.

Grips: plastic
Serial Number: 12091
Condition: Excellent. The slide retains 85% original purple hued blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina with limited mild pitting. The frame retains 95% original blue finish with a faint plum patina. The grip straps are thinning to a brown patina with a patch of gray on the front strap. The grips are excellent with some scattered minor scratches and a couple minor dings. Mechanically excellent.

B) Beretta Model 1934 Semi-Automatic Pistol
The slide legend "P. BERETTA-CAL. 9 CORTO-Mo 1934 BREVET. / GARDONE V.T. 1943 XX" is highlighted in white on the left side. The Brescia proof is stamped on left grip tang, with a boxed "MA" on the right side of the trigger guard. Fitted with standard "PB" emblem grips. AA sufix serial numbered Model 1934 pistols are reported by company correspondence to have been produced for the German occupation forces. See Stills book on contract information.

Condition: Excellent. The pistol retains 90% original high polished blue finish with the grip straps thinning to a gray patina and some minor edge wear. The grips are excellent with the exception of a few mild scratches. Mechanically excellent.
