Christmas card from the Transjordan Frontier Force, Mandatory Palestine, printed greetings with illegible handwritten signature, and a photo of an Arab horse. Very good condition, dimensions: 10x13 cm. *The Transjordanian Frontier Force was established on 1 April 1926 as a pre-military border guard in order to defend the northern and southern borders of Transjordan. The TJFF was also an imperial service battalion whose imperial soldiers agreed to serve wherever necessary, not just within the boundaries of their colony. Amir Abdullah was an honorary colonel of the Jordanian Border Force from its outset.
