Incorporated in Kansas in 1882. Cert. #192, issued to Henry Hamilton for 5 shares. Signed by B.F. Simpson as president and C.H. Hand, secretary. Three vignettes: Center of an allegorical Lady Liberty statue on a pedestal reading in part E Pluribus Unum. Two side vignettes are of miners working underground. Black border and print, embossed seal, and RN Facsimile in gilt

with "Shares $10 each." U/C. Printer: Shober & Carqueville, Chicago. 7 1/2 x 10 1/2." This company was clearly trying to ride on the coat tails of the Peerless Mine at Quijotoa. A letter that accompanies this certificate states that Mr. Ward (secretary) had received $100, which was to be applied to the Arizona Peerless and Keystone mining companies for obtaining patents and developing the mines. The company was worthless, and probably never produced a ton. They are not listed in any of the standard references.
