Lot includes 3 items: Report of the Bullard Mines, Pierce Mining District, Yavapai County, prepared by E.W. Durfee; 2) map of the Longitudinal Section of the Bullard Mines by E.W. Durfee; 3) and a Map of the Bullard Mines by John Bullard and E.W. Durfee. The report covers the location, about 29 miles from Congress Junction, a station on the Sante Fe, Phoenix & Prescott Railway and about 9 miles from the Aguila Station on the AZ & CA Railway. The property is at about 3,000 ft, and comprises 10 claims (listed on item #3) covering 196 acres. Ten other adjoining locations and water rights located on Date Creek are also included. Other headings include geology, development ore, mining & milling, and improvements. The Longitudinal Section on Plane of Vein of the Bullard Mines measures 20" x 11", and shows "Upper Figures % Copper and Upper Figures $ Gold. The Map of the Bullard Mines shows the claims, adjoining locations owned, and has a key listing veins (big and small), as well as copper and gold values. It measures 24" x 19". All pieces are in very fine condition.
