If you are into collectible and custom vehicles this ‘96 Saleen Ford Windstar is one to collect. This van was designed and built by non other then TIM ALLEN from Tool Time!!!! R R R!!!
There are a few times you can purchase a celebrity owned car, but rarely did they design it!! This is a huge opportunity for the winning bidder to get a one of a kind… AWESOME Van!
So you are asking yourself why???? Why was it built….the answer is simple:
"If a man was to drive a mini van, what would it be like?" Ford, Tim “The Tool Man Taylor”and Steve Saleen took on the task to answer the question. But, by the time the build was complete (2 years) Ford decided to change the Windstar body, thus ending the program before it got started. So in turn Tim ended up with the only one ever built. So this van is a one of one Prototype vehicle. This van would be great for a Race team or promotional use or a private collection. With Tim Allen being such a huge car guy you know this van is top notch to be in his collection!
So this is officially a one off prototype vehicle.
So if you are looking to add to your collection this is a great piece. One-off prototype cars are the quickest to appreciate and often hit the million dollar mark with ease. I know it sounds weird to say that about a Windstar but this one was built by Saleen and Tim Allen!!!

All vehicles/cars purchased must be removed by the purchaser.
For any small items, standard U.S. shipping is available. Rates (for non-oversized items): $14.98 for the first item, $6.74 for each additional item.
Oversized items (not including vehicles): Additional shipping charges will apply, based on postal code and item size and weight. E-mail for shipping estimates before bidding.
International shipments/shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico:
The cost will be greater than the standard $14.98 rate. If you elect to bid on an item, you will be held responsible for the final cost of the item including all related shipping fees and standard FedEx insurance. All international shipments are subject to additional duties and tax fees, which will be billed directly to you via FedEx and we will not claim a lower value on a lot to avoid customs on international shipments.

Terms & Conditions
This auction is being conducted under section 535 of the Penal Code and Section 2325 of the Commercial Code and Laws and Acts of Auctioneering. Announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any previous communication.
1. A buyer's premium of 10% for vehicles and 15% for props of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase. For buyers bidding online and via phone, a buyer's premium of 13% for cars and 20% for props shall be added to each purchase.
2. Sales tax will be added to the purchase of all items. The buyer's premium is part of the purchase price and is taxable. CA residents will pay 9.75% unless a tax exempt form is on file at time of auction and resale permit filed at time of registration, or the equipment is physically removed by a trucking company and shipped out of state, providing us with a bill of lading.
3. Complete payment is required on the day of the sale. You will be sent an invoice after the close of the auction to the registered e-mail address with your total. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover up to a limit of $5,000.00 for this special car auction. Any purchase over $5,000.00 must be paid by cashiers check, money order, or a check (with bank letter of guarantee), Cash (In House Only) and PayPal.
4. Paid items must be removed from the auction location by purchaser at the conclusion of the auction, unless otherwise arranged. Please note that online purchasers who wish to pick up their items should call to schedule an appointment.
5. For cars and other oversized items that cannot be shipped, buyers are responsible for their own asset removal. Buyers may utilize any commercial mover or shipper of their choice. However all commercial movers/shippers must provide to auction company proof of liability insurance prior to any removal or packaging work to be done at auction site. 6. Purchasers may inspect the merchandise and are urged to do so. The Auctioneer makes no warranty as to condition and shall not be held responsible for any defects in any lot. All goods are on display for Public Exhibition and, condition is described in the listings for online bidders. Item descriptions, dimensions and estimates are provided for guidance. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all lots prior to bidding to ensure that the condition is to their satisfaction. 10. The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes. The auctioneer and Premiere Props will not be held responsible for error or failure to execute bid(s).
11. Cars must be removed by purchaser. Please email for international rates, rates to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. All orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery, no exceptions. FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
14. All shipped orders are fully protected by FedEx for damage or loss and a declared value insurance fee of $1.99 per item has been added to all standard shipments to the continental U.S. Combined shipping is available for standard sized packages at $6.74 per item, which will be added to the original item's shipping cost. Restrictions apply. In order to combine items for shipping, all items must be paid for at the same time. "Out of Area" domestic packages will be charged an additional $3.00 per package. All international shipments are subject to additional duties and taxes fees, which will be billed directly to you via FedEx.
15. If you elect to bid on an item, you will be held responsible for the final cost of the item including all related shipping fees and standard FedEx insurance. All international shipments are subject to additional duties and tax fees, which will be billed directly to you via FedEx and we will not claim a lower value on a lot to avoid customs on international shipments.
