1858 P1C Indian Cent, Judd-212, Pollock-256, 263, R.4, PR64 NGC. Snow PT-25, Die Pair 2. A second PR64 example of this popular pattern that features an obverse that is similar to that of the regular issue Indian Head cent as adopted in 1859 with a reverse that shows a broad, ornamental shield at the top. The small, thin line in the denticles to the right of the date is just barely visible on this piece. Struck in copper-nickel with a plain edge. Well defined, the light copper-nickel surfaces are lightly toned over each side.Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
