Makers Mark is RS in an oval stamp indenture - the type entered by Reuben Squire with the London Assay Office. Jos. Pemberton would have been the retailer of the watch out of the Liverpool area. Hunter case with flip out movement. Case and movement serial number 48159. Retail origin: Liverpool. Richard Squire and his son Reuben were watchmakers near Devon. It was very common for the various components of a watch to be made by 40+ different people. It was unheard of for one maker to make an intricate watch from start to finish.  Watch sold as is and needs servicing by an appropriate professional if it is to run. Â
